I am diagnosed with psychotic disorder(s) and am heavily delusional, reality is just fucked and I'd rather safely brew in the idea I am these things and they are me. If it becomes unhealthy to me (which it hasn't), I have learned how to detach myself safely.
I am at a level where I keep myself grounded enough with reality to not go to the deep end with my delusions but also at the same time I'm at a level where I genuinely believe the ones tagged as such are me IRL.
I am safe, I am not harming myself. I have trusted people who will reality check me if needed/if it does get bad.
